there are security cameras that moves around specially the new technology they had the one that you sometimes see in the dept store or casino like a dark bulb that hanging in the ceiling and it can move 160 degrees coz i had a friend who work a security in a casino they can follow the persons movement if they are suspicious

this is fake but also some surveilance cameras do move on some people that is suspicious its usually how they catch people stealing ive seen alot of cameras that move like motion detectors that will also make them move but most likely if it was a ghost it wouldnt detect it and make the camera move with it

i thought someone was recording it from a mobile camera at first, and not the "CCTV" surveillance camera as stated in the description, but then i realized it didn't matter at all because the ghost is clearly faked.
