TO ALL THOSE WHO THINK THIS IS FAKE:
He's playing through a zoom solid-state pedal as an interface. The delay time (although just milliseconds) is what is causing the latency between the audio and the video of him actually playing. If he were playing through any decent tube amp and mic-ing it up it would look real.
