From WTOP Washington, a series of Keep Your Eye On :10 promos. The Dinah promo at the top had a daily audio cart that ran over the music, that's why there's no announce. Sports guy Mike Wolfe was Warner Wolf's replacement for less than two years, he was replaced by Glenn Brenner.

  • Maureen has definitely aged well. She still has that pretty face and youthful look.

  • They were wrong for showing Maureen with that mammy kerchief on her head though. LOL

  • @assaultislove That was the style back then

  • Marion Barry keep your eye on that rock.

  • I love the jingle. It's like in '76 sound was goin kinda futuristic and music groups were wearing space suits when they performed. I wish i was born before then but much repect to the 0ld school !

  • I always knew that Sonny was working for WRC into the present day, but he did do work for both the regional NFL on CBS games as a color analyst and local work on WTOP/WDVM from 1975, the season after he retired from the Redskins through at least 1980 before joining Frank Herzog on the radio at WMAL in about 1981 or 1982.

  • LOL! That was my first thought when I saw her. What's with the Aunt Jemima get-up. She did NOT deserve that...

  • That was Dinah back when Burt Reynolds was banging her with his Man Sausage.

  • Well, to be fair, other promos do show Maureen Bunyan with a more contemporary 'fro...

  • OMG! Thanks! No one I know recalls that after Warner Wolf left channel 9 and shortly before Glenn Brenner joined, there was so goof ball named Mike Wolfe who did sports in DC. What the heck happened to that guy. I recall that he use to wear funky clothes. Never wore a neck tie and often had his shirt unbuttoned down to the fourth button. Sometimes he wore a jump suit! Like he was going disco dancing after the 11 PM news. He was HORRIBLE. Didn't know squat about the DC sports scene.
