@hamerisaguitarcompny: Actually I find that I like that shitty old SP2's sound more than I do the higher-end models Hamer makes.

The fact is that all these guitarists who have the money to have a guitar made out of whatever they like still choose to play lucite Ampegs. Why? Because lucite produces a tone that wood can't produce, the same way wood creates a sound lucite can't produce.

@PooPoo2U the standard sucks, the slammer isn't a real Hamer, and most of the Monacos are just "okay" guitars, considering i have a Talladega pro, studio Gatsso, custom sunburst, prototype 2, usa daytona, and an artist ultimate, i can say with confidence Hamers generally sound better than this piece of plastic from all the videos and reviews i've seen of this guitar. Ampeg is just another over hyped guitar company, just like PRS and every Gibson with Gibson pickups in it
