A quick update from me to let you all know how I'm doing. I'm currently on a break from Phentermine to allow my body to start over once I start up on it again. Everything is still going great!

Thank you soooo much Ashley.. You look great. You are such an inspiration for me. Very glad to see you are posting again. I have been on Phentermine since late September so far I have lost 46 pounds. I go off a week each month. Will be going off for 2 weeks and the end of my current prescription. Doc says have to go off for 2 weeks to reset the brain. Water is the most important thing to do with this diet and the Benefiber. Thanks, Kath
