4 eggs, a lil more than 1/2 c ghee, 1.5 to 2 cups walnuts. 1 can sweetened milk, 2 c powdered full cream milk brand: nestle sunshine, 1-2 ilaichi
Directions:
Put ghee in saucepan. Not too hot or ghee will burn. Add ilaichi. Grease a plate with ghee.
Add in powdered milk. When milk turns brown and danedar, add 4 eggs. Mix well. Add whole tin condensed milk.
When it becomes totally dry, add walnuts and mix. Take it out and set it on to the tray. When cooled, cut into cubes.
