Okay, as users have pointed out below, a lot of countries in the tropical world use fumigation to contain outbreaks of dengue, malaria, etc. No need to go all hysteric just because the Cubans do it too and that whatever the Cubans has to be really horrible, (if it happens in Cuba, then it must be! right?) and we should all go hysteric about it.
