@MRChasero1 Personally, I think the Vette won, but I'm a Vette fan. Also at the end of the song they say: "shut it off, shut it off, buddy now I shut you down." But they never really say who won.

@dave440v8 You sir dont know shit about a 327 FI Vette do you? Corvette weighs in at around 3100lbs and has a 360hp engine and a Dart at 410hp (if it had the max wedge) or 370hp (with out it) and weighs in about 3300lbs, then you take into account of the transmissions and gearing, and if you listen you hear slicks being mentioned on the vette which means its not stock Vette won in the damn song get over it. Typical mopar guy thinks biggest engine wins.

@mystifier78 ...I was there in the sixties...no Chibbie small block ever produced the awesome torque of a Mopar 413..never happened..although slow off the line with the automatic trans ,when the 413 got into its power band...the shit hit the fan...and the top end was frightening..dream on Chibbie boys...cause that's all ya got...
