It is just one aspect of homosexual marriage that has nothing to do with the legality of it--which I actually support--but that no one has made an effort to determine one way or the other.

I think people are the most precious resource in the universe and it is our job to at least attempt to ensure an environment that will not have an excessively adverse impact on children, because there is already too much overlooked with regards to their well-being.

Sure, as adults, homosexulas want the self-fulfilling experience of having children, but shouldn't the child's welfare be the only concern. And is it fair to put them in a situation that may have unknown repercussions without developing conclusive evidence as to whether there is any negative effect to children raised in homosexual households?

Much less important than homosexual intercourse, my concern is for the welfare of children who are adopted or articially inseminated or carried by a surrogate and are "robbed" from having a mother and a father. I mean, life is hard enough in a "typical" family, but what if a girl needs a father to bond with in a way that is beneficial for her psychological development and a boy needs a mother so that he can have a particular type of interaction that helps him be whole as an adult?

what this points out is garbage in garbage out.. when you bash some one and try to control them with a religion such as the bible that some have twisted to use for there own selfish gains. One must free a free spirit always and never control or misunderstood to be leave you must be this way or that way or you are damned They must walk there own path in life it is not the churches place to say otherwise
