All the cut scenes from Telenet's Valis 3 (1990) for the TurboGrafx-16. Yuko, Valna and Char (Cham in Japan) must stop Ramses, his own Spirit World under threat of a black hole sent by the gods, from taking over the Dream World and Earth. He possesses the Sword of Lassis, equal in power to Yuko's Sword of Valis.

The animation quality is much improved over Valis 2, but the lousy voice work remains. The sepia-toned retrospective near the beginning originally had a text crawl explaining the back story, but the lazy localization team removed it rather than translating.

This installment adopted real-time character switching in the vein of Castlevania 3.

Part 1 of 2.

  • @darkfakt i must seee

  • 6:58 dat ass <3

  • There are a number of things in this video that don't add up. The music in this video seems more new age. The lingo that is used is more new age. The dialog has been changed. The story of the two swords didn't go like that. There are some cut scenes that were added.

I have an original Sega Genesis Cart. The characters talking in the cut scenes would have been a plus. Though, there was cooler music than this and text that made an interesting sound as it appeared on the screen.

  • To watch cutscenes listen to music, voice and other goodies just enter this.

Press II, II, Left, Right, Down, Up, Run at the title screen. Press II to select between a music test, message test, and animation test, and I to play the current choice. Note: For the Japanese version of the game, press I, I, Up, Down, Right, Left, Run at the title screen

  • wow! brings back memories! super corny acting though. reminds me of voltron!!!

  • His mission was to destroy the worlds?! Darn, the penalty for annoying the gods is pretty steep.

  • very cool game for sega mega drive

  • I expected Glames' voice to be a lot deeper and more evil like

  • woo thanks for this, LOVE the music from valis II wish it was as good in III

  • The developers certainly paid a lot attention to the narrative of 'Valis 2.'
