Göteborg Dynamo Club Russian Martial Art:Mikhail Ryabko on Systema Fistfighting

http://www.dynamoclub.se Mikhail demonstrates the natural footwork used in Systema, done from no stance in particular (as opposed to a fixed stance) in a natural way so as to either angle out of the way of the attack or intercept by striking a closer target. He also points that, on contact with the opponents arms, our arms should be fairly relaxed so that our counter attacks are not telegraphic.
