Kitfox 3 w. Full Lotus Floats from 2ft. of snow a windy day

Kitfox 3 Rotax 912 UL w. Full Lotus Floats from 2ft. of snow a windy day. Winds this day had almost opposite directions on laminar winds and turbulence. Its's pretty flat terrain around, but wind came in over the only hill there is creating turbulence and downwinds. Good training though.. Floats work good in deep snow. Doesn't sink very much (I was flying solo). I claim no rights to the music; Shakira - Don't Bother

Great video, I really enjoyed it. The flying looked like a lot of fun, and the camera work was good too (deserves praise for standing in the cold while you had all the fun).

Thanks for commenting. Well I would agree with you in many cases, but the Rotax 912 doesn't make impressive sounds. This particular day was very windy and most of the audio is wind. Whats crappy is up to each and everyone to decide. think it fits pretty well, and others hav commented positively on the choice. Most dissapointed that they have blocked the vid in most countries, and doesn't respond to requests to buy or get rights t o use the material. Have a nice one !

What the hell! That's exactly the same plane I took my UL-licence in back in -98. Still got the cap with SE-YSS. I smacked the prop on it once and had a few hard landings. (I'm not the one who took of the wings and gear.) It had wheels on it back then. Very nice to see this old friend even if I never liked her landing characteristics. How long have you owned it and where is it now? Say hello to the plane from me:-)
