I priced it to build one exactly like this one with all new materials from local Lexington box stores and $250 is a little optimistic. Granted, I normally price things out on the high side and then go to local lumber yards and negotiate, but still. following post is a materials list with prices.

Great. Thats what I like to do on my river the Meremac River. I live 5 min away. Great fishing for every type of fish even walleye.
