the amount of sugar i used should have made the beer a little over carbinated , will report back with a video soon on how the beer is once or if it gets carbinated

  • Just bring those bottles out of the basement to the main floor of your house. Wait 2 weeks. Done!

  • Juat noticed that this is a lager, sorry! Thats not a bad thing then. You have kind of been lagering your beer because of the cool temps you stored them at. Thats a good thing for lager's. All you need to do is bump the temp up for a week or 2 and they will be spot on.

  • Oh dear, I had this problem b4 too. Check out Craigstube for his vid on storing your homebrew. He uses christmas tree lights to keep em at a nice temp. It'll be fine once you get them up to about 18c. This time of year is a pain for brewing ales and stouts. Im going to get a lager brewed up and avail of these cold temps :)
