Now THIS is the way to do it, throw out all those STOO-PID theatrics...just lose yourself to the harmonics
-
power is reduced by the speed in this one... gould plays it way more powerfully

hey i was just wondering what fingering u used for the first section with the tremolo... did u use crossover or changing of hands??

I changed my hands because u need to hold the bass note

but doesn't it create that very strong accent on the third above that bass note on the beat, (which is kinda unwanted, since it doesn't allow for that strong flowing melody)?
or do you end up being able to control it after lots of practice?
ive seen a lot of the other recordings on utube where the performer does the crossover, instead of the change of hands, but on my music it does say change of hand since thats what the editor thinks....

oh,i practiced this a lot :D And when you finally can do it right then the sound is awesome and much better when u just cross the hands.Cause that can do anybody and that´s not really a challenge then :D Hope i could help ;)

Hey thanks,glad you like it.
Yeah, actually its just Allegro but many play this piece pretty boring and without energy and power. But i think a little more speed brings the true tempest out :D
