For those who haven't played the game before or never tried it on the super nintendo, the game sometimes slows down due to the great amount of mobs incoming or effects used in this game that the super nintendo can't process all at once. This happened to me all the time when I used the strongest attack on the r-type, or when i killed alot of monsters in short periods of time.
It may be tool assisted, though. I agree on that.

Fucking insane. But I suspect this tool-assisted and slowed down big time. There's just no way any mortal human being could pull this off.

They should've made the whole game run in half the frame rate but twice the velocities. No one would have noticed any slowdowns.

Love how the bullet goes straight through the hitbox. Got a feeling that theres at least a few clear deaths in this video since well, r-type hit box, kind of big.
