He didn't always succeed. But when he did succeed, it was because he understood things that the Republican Presidents of the last 100 years did not -- either could not, or would not.

@DRisLegend200919 Obama is NOTHING like Bush. Though there are some philosophical resemblances with the first Bush, many of which the second rejected (compromise, diplomacy, patience... ).
