@BloodSpade1984 and they never found legible fingerprint in the gun or in the pen that was used to write the suicide note, and also was found 3x the quantity of heroin needed to kill a person instantly on his blood. And the guy that courtney ''hired'' was found dead not so long after confessing it... The last thing is: there were rumors that kurt would ask for the divorce. (sorry for the typos and stuff, i'm not american).

@bodhi3323 kurt was wearing shoes, he never could have pulled the trigger with his hand, he was a short man, with short arms, i know some one who was 6'2", who killed themself with a shotgun, he had to pull the trigger with his toes, assuming it was a similar shotgun, kurt most definitely would have had to do the same, but he was wearing sneakers when they found him, the suicide note was in 2 dif hand writings, a man said courtney attempted to hire him to kill kurt...

@dubbly1 Most of the evidence points to murder? He was a long time drug addict; suffered from severe stomach pains and long time depression; he escaped rehab and was missing for days; they found the shotgun right next to his body; suicide note. You really want to assume murder because the doors were locked from the outside? There could be several reasons for that.
