Poor saddle fit can not only cause the horse pain, but it can cause pain for the rider, too. In this video, Certified Master Saddle Fitter and Founder of Schleese Saddlery, Jochen Schleese, shows you what to look for when assessing saddle fit for the rider. • @Wellington5392 Maybe your horse is bouncy? Try encouraging your horse to loosen up. If this doesn't work, maybe the saddle doesn't fit your horse correctly..

  • Sitting too loose.

  • By the way, I grew up in Spain, and all we ever rode over there was English, so that is the only way I feel comfortable riding. This saddle problem is getting annoying. Any suggestions from anyone out there that rides English? My so called new saddle also makes me feel "bouncy". Help?

  • Help!!! My new "general purpose" English saddle feels like I am riding on my private area, and makes me feel like I am being pitched forward.I used to be a 32 inseam in pants, and I am now a 29 inseam. I am very short, and I am a lady in my 40s, but I really do feel like my legs are getting shorter. English saddles have never made me feel like this. Any ideas of what to do here? Ive even tried to lengthen or shorten my stirrup leathers with no improvement. Help? Anyone have any ideas?

  • the good thing aboutmy horse i share is that te personi share with is female 2 so we hvae 1 saddle
