What a great little film. I cut my teeth on soul and reggae in the late 60's early seventies and learned to dance on the hallowed dancefloor of Wigan Casino.
I'm 51 now, listen to all sorts of music but this music still means so much to me and always will........

Well Ive been on the scene for quite few years!

Thanks for enjoying my video. Guess you are one of the big Northern Soul fan and probably an artist like John Cussans. Hope I get to see them again.

Does anybody know the first song that is played? Or the band? It kind of sounds like the olympics, but I am not sure.

Sorry, I haven't replied for a while. The song played in the beginning was "Lonly For You Baby" by Sam Dees. Thanks for your comment.

2 minutes 17 ,is that record going backwards?

I guess you have good eyes for details. Keb's movement looks going backwards, but it's not mechanically reversed. He did it by himself.
