My first experiment with any Smolov program. I started Monday, March 15. I train 3 days per week, so I'm stretching it over 4 weeks instead of 3 as it's written. This is the toughest training I've ever done. Lots of aches, pains, bruises, and mental fatigue. Hopefully, I'll get around 70kg on my squat, LOL! Thanks for watching.

  • nice work Kaisheem...... thats a lot of volume...... i am nowwhere close to that amount of volume squatting..... yet my squat continues increasing. I have increased volume on accessories like reverse hyper, glute hams,goodmornings, etc.  Looking forward to cometing with you again soon !
