  • Rarely do I think an Oscar is deserved as much as Ang Lee deserves this

  • Ang Lee, we are proud of you!

  • Wow, respect for Ang Lee but he won over the director who filmed Crash??

  • @Gliskor more meaning what a golden dildo in the ass

  • @wdsa8d I found Munich's story in terms of political human drama and its questions alot stronger than the straight "Gay rights" story that this movie was.

  • @theburningpancake brokeback mountain received praise for it's powerful storytelling which explored the subject matter of homosexuality. you can't make a good movie with just the subject matter alone, you need a good story. yeah munich had controversial political themes as well but that doesn't stop it from having a not so great story. that's the difference

  • @wdsa8d Brockback Mountain was controversial in showing a gay relationship on screen like Midnight cowboy, therefore receiving such praise . But Munich was more bolder Politically in its subject matter that it deserved to win. Munich's political question were alot stronger than this films questions.

  • @theburningpancake how does a film's level of controversy determine it's quality?

  • can't believe crash won best picture. that was so shit compared to the other films

  • @theburningpancake How was Munich more controversial? And if so name me all the countries it's banned in.
