I've only seen the Ray Sawyer version of Dr. Hook live, and after 4 times I still love them. Lots of great video's, including some songs I either hadn't heard, or had forgotten about over the years.

Hi Rachael i saw "Ray Sawyers" Dr Hook in the 90's here in England and they were really good..i saw Dennis Locorriere a few months ago...he was brilliant...sad that they split, they made some of the best music ever to be heard..you've got great taste..oh and have yoy heard D L's rendition of Sylvias Mother...a masterpiece..!

It's as good as many of the Dr Hook songs, but it's longer - most of theirs were less than 3 minutes, as was the norm then.
sorry this is a random question but what was acctually wrong with rays eye if anything ? :) thanks

in 1967 Ray was in a car accident and he lost eye.

This is NOT a dr.Hook song.
It is however a Dr.Hook featuring ray sawyer production from late 90thies " greatest and latest"
Ray Sawyer with a new band recording some old dr.hook songs and ad on some brand new songs, suchs as this one.

yes I know. I have several like this that I have not added yet. I still consider it to be dr hook just not the original.

I love this song - heard it a couple of times on the Dr. Hook radio station. It's by (Dr. Hook featuring) Ray Sawyer, from the late '90s I think.
