There is a big difference between innocuously saying something is "retarded," and offensively calling someone a "retard". Check out "TED vs Sarah Silverman"

It's not bad to say "that's so gay" when referencing butt sex, rainbow flags, same sex marriage or stuff like that.

Some say words are only harmful if you give them credence or worth. However, by doing your impersonation of a more effeminate gay man at 1:54 aren't you also submitting to the same stereotypes in which you would not want most straights to use when they might say, "that's so gay?" Think about it.
