China's top food safety regulator has stepped down as the country's tainted milk scandal widens. Two children beyond mainland China are reported to be suffering from kidney stones -- this time in Hong Kong -- after consuming Chinese dairy beverages that contained an industrial chemical linked to kidney stones and renal failure in infants. Some 53-thousand children who drank tainted milk products were hospitalized in China. Four have died. VOA's Robert Raffaele has more.
