Creative Management Tools (CMT) is different from any other full service production company. With a series of proprietary software programs for production and video edit; and singular Time Code Management system, CMT takes the guesswork out of budgeting and scheduling for production.

Our computer-based systems manage all the elements in your video publishing, training, or interactive program. CMT is a comprehensive production and post production company that draws on the 23 year experience of its principals.

These individuals have developed a proprietary, computer-based project supervision system that controls all aspects of production & post-production through accurate time code database management.

We start by breaking a finished script into all of its manageable components: live footage, computer graphics, music, sound effects, titles, etc. These elements are then loaded into our database, XML friendly system, where they are given a unique time code stamp, which can be retrieved for easy assembly in the post-production phase.

We are pleased to offer business arrangements to our clients that range from traditional payment terms to partnering relationships on special projects.
