@13LuciusArchangel I thought Marky Mark did a great job and played a good Max Payne, but the problem is the director gave him sh-t to work with. The director didn't give him enough killing time, not enough scenes to really show how worthless and dark he can really be. Put Mark Mark in a hardcore rated R Max Payne film with a good director and you'll see hes perfect for the role. Fox could of hired any actor to play Max, it wouldn't have matter because of the sh-t script and bad director : (

well if they make a sequal, theyll have 2 reall make up 4 the 1st movie 2 fix it up. either that, or just REBOOT the movie, using an actor that looks like Max.
theres a 3rd game cominbg out next year.

@13LuciusArchangel wow you just took me back two years haha! Thanks man. But you know what, you're right, after watching it again it hit me how hard this movied sucked. Sometimes you just get pumped and you see a movie in theaters and like it because your imagination filled in the blank spots that were lame lol. Max Payne was on the right track, but it needed MUCH more action! It's amazing how the trailer made it look badass lol, all the action was in the trailer, nothing more, that was it lol.

@MMA3013 HAHA ur trippin dude, the movie was good action but sadly it lacked a plot & was BORING & confusing especially with the demonic valkyrs that didnt even come out in the game @ all. & not just that, the games intro scene etc. was put in the middle of the film. & 1 of the main bad guys Jack was killed in the movie by sum 1 else & in the game Max kills him on his own.

people actualy didnt like this film but i thought this is probs the best film thats based on a game normaly there either nothing like the game or just plane shit this was niether, even if id never played the game id stil think this was a great film!
