Why is this "classic"?

@Hawelo92 It's not "classic". Classic is just the title that I gave to my list of favorite video game music since it mostly contains retro songs. It says so in each video description and on my main channel. I'm just tired of explaining it every time someone asks that question whenever I post a song from a newer game.

@jasmin8ter2010 That's pretty silly, it even has "New" in the title. I'd call earlier games classic like Luigi's Mansion or Pikmin.

@Hawelo92 Good point. New Super Mario Bros. was released back in like, 2006 for the DS, but it's been rendered as a classic since the Wii version came out in 2009.
