  • Question... I've tried the soft calm alarm clock but I never seem to hear it and end up over sleepin, so I use a harsh loud alarm which pretty much yanks me out of sleep. Do you have any advice, cause I only wake up to shock basically..

  • @MsMiMo18 awwwwe! lol :) i like the building ones. they start out soft and slowly build to very, vey loud over 2-3 mins. its better tahn BAM WAKE UP YO IMA MAKE SEOM NOISE BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP!! all up in your sleepong ear and stuff :) they also have ones with light, those really help me! it kinda lights u the room and gets ya up, expecially if u sleep in the dark!

  • The other night I had a fantastic sleep because it was really windy and rainy. I woke up really refreshed. That being said, I would suggest one of those machines that emits nature sounds. :)

    You're correct about making the room as dark as possible, but tbh, I'm not too keen on the eye masks. I'm afraid that I will try to adjust it in my sleep and probably poke my eye or something. lol My suggestion would be to invest in some drapes that are made to block out light and sound.

  • A tip for falling asleep: Lay on your back, your arms flat along with your body. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.Start with your toes. Just focus on your toes (still with closed eyes), and RELAX the toes. After 10 sec maybe you will be able to feel some sort of slight quiver in your toes - that means they are relaxed. Then you move on to the rest of the foot and the heel. Relax it completely. Then you move on to your ancels, your calves ect - until you have relaxed you entire body.
