One hint with the Murad stuff, don't leave it on for a long time. It will really dry your skin out. Best idea is to put a dime size drop in your hand, lather it, put it on your face and neck, then wash it off really fast. Best if you just use your hands for the whole thing.

Gee I found it most helpful when she said "towel" then held up the item for so long for our viewing pleasure. I'd have been completely lost without that visual. Meanwhile, holding up tubes & jars of things w out knowing exactly what class & brand they were seemed like a huge time waster. Shame as I 'm sure she has many helpful things to say. I 'm just so bored by now, I cant proceed to the 2nd phase.
