After testing the following codecs, we have come to the conclusion that the x264Encoder from here: http://www003.upp.so-net.ne.jp/mycometg3/ adjusted like here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilWLWazTM0Y produces the best quality, smallest file size, and fastest loading videos for YouTube.

  • Great video, thanks! Just found about this Encoder yesterday. Got similar results. How the heck do you do the split screen with the two versions?

  • @motoronna PIP...just create one video like normal, then import it after you exported it from the original file. Just import the crappier one into the better one, that way it doesn't degrade it anymore, if that makes sense.
