Rags the Ragdoll (19 in one month!) Outside Adventure

This is Rags. He is on his daily trip outdoors. I take him outdoors everyday for fresh air and some Vitamin D. He usually looks forward to it and wanders around the perimeter of my backyard and then goes back inside. He is 18 years old - almost 19 in this video. He is always supervised when he is outside. Hey I know this is a really old vid but I subscribed to your channel a little while ago and really enjoy watching your vids about the two boys and caymus and murphy. I wanted to check out what rags was like. He's stunning! I just got a little Birman boy - such a floppy little love bug - I've made going outside for supervised playtime a ritual everyday now and he loves it. I wasn't sure if indoor cats need outdoors time but I figure it can't harm them... he even has a jacket for cold days!

@barelythere88 I LOVE MY RAGS! Wish I could hold him. Yes, i think if they are protected from the harmful effects of fleas and mosquitos and can be supervised while outside, then i think it can be okay. i don't think they shoudl be left outside to their own accord.

@steiff1001 He's still under 6 months so he's wormed and flea treated once a month and it's winter so there are no mozzies in sight. Do you know if there is any mosquito repellent that can be used on cats? He loves going outside to feed the rabbits and let them out in the morning and spends half an hour playing with them. He also gets to run around the backyard of my parents house with mum's 2 dogs - I have a video up of his first outside adventure if you want to take a look.

@steiff1001 I'll definitely be getting him a ragdoll friend asap. I have wanted a ragdoll for so long now but managed to stumble across my little man and fell in love. He has a very similar purrsonality and is so affectionate, loving and funny. He has myself and my partner in laughing fits every day

He helped me find them. Yes, I do. I believe he watches over all of us. It's almost been a year. March 30th will be a year. I wish I could pick him up. Loved his body! He rocked!

it wasn't a happy day, but a memorable one! i will always remember that day. i miss him sooo much!
