  • Must the female always be fair hair and skin from some other nationality, other than black? I am wanting a version of this that may be written on the walls at the temple.

  • @cautumn1

must people allways be concerned with colour of skin ?

who cares what colour of skin the character in the story is .

  • darkstar1345a what the hell is wrong with your voice in a prev. video i saw you made your voice sucks

  • i dont have a voice in this video . to avoid confusion please comment on t he right video page

  • although this story is supposedly from just before the invasion of the persians wich i think was just after the 3rd intermediate period (the saite period) so if the date is true thats probably where the greeks got it from

  • Interesting. Except the Greek Merchant would have just raped her and nobody would have sold her. Ever.

  • what a very nice story.

  • some parts of it make me think of Cinderella

  • well the ancient egyptian religion was due to the nature of egypt both in geographic position, nile flooding cycle, and the environment. for example the idea of life after death came from the idea of nile flooding then receeding -same as the myth of the phoenix-

  • this is a variation on a first century B.C.E. Cinderella type story.....proto-cinderella you might say(the first in recorded history

). first set down by greek historian Strabo, The tale told in this video isn't exactly the same as the one set forth by Strabo but what goods an ancient myth if you can't play around a little with it, after all. how do ou think most religions got started.
