  • I would love to try the raw food diet; however, everything breaks me out. I can not eat nuts and seeds don't digest for me. I tried avacado, boom, break out happens. I tried juicing and it gives me a stomach ache and bloating. So, with this happening I have no other choice but to stay on cooked foods, and of course I stay so so hungry when I juice!!!!

  • Very true when I went healthy I ate lots of fruits and barely any vegtables and barely any meat. I ended up with that additude of not careing that i needed to eat.

  • @glamhaze First of all, you have to give your body a chance to detox! It's very possible that consuming raw foods is stirring up the waste. Start small and build up fiber content.

  • @RawHealingPatch Have you heard of the GAP's diet? It stands for gut and psychology syndrome and is supposed to heal your digestive tract so you can more easily digest without bloating and breaking out and stuff. Look it up, its pretty interesting.

  • @DiaShanti haha.. :-) thanks...

  • @DiaShanti i eat no raw grains except buckwheat sometimes in cereal. some people do. test your body and find out.

  • @EdgarVonHelsing Hey, if they are selling a "cock book" I'll spring for that. *pardon the pun* I got enough cook books. Seriously tho, there is some mighty good info in her videos. Very helpful.
