ITS A MARATHON! :)
----

It was the summer of 2008 that Blake met Justice. She was redheaded, slightly brownish, blue-green eyes that sparkled all the time, a smile to die for, and a small petite frame. Justice was wild, unafraid of anything.
The two had made a pack, best friends forever.
"Forever is a long time, Justice." Blake said, his legs dangling down from the dock, "but, I'm up for it if you are."
Justice looked up from her large oversized hat, that overtook her whole face, smiling so that her lips covered in bright red lipstick curved up into a big smile. They were both heading into sophmore year at Centinial in their small town of Colarado.
Justice was new in town, the mayors daughter. Sent in all the way from New York after her grandmother had died of cancer. And Blake? He was just some regular guy, lucky to be in the presence of her.
She breathed in from her nose, leaning back on her hands, she was wearing bright pink tights, and a white cocktail dress, something that only she could pull off. "I can't believe this summer is over, and we go back to school tomorrow."
"I know, such a bummer."
Justice put her hand on her forehead, shading her eyes from the bright shining sun, she turned her body so that she was looking at the pathway. "Isn't that Bowman?"
Blake turned around as well, "yeah, looks like it."
"What's he carrying?" She squinted her eyes.
Blake shrugged, not really interested. He didn't notice when Justice had gotten up and walked over to Bowman.
"Hello Bowman!" Justice greeted with a bright smile.
"Oh, hi Justice." Bowman flinched, hunched over something.
"Do you need help carrying that?"
"N-n-no thanks." Bowman shuffled so that he got past Justice.
Justice furrowed her eyebrows together, how peculiar, she thought. "Goodbye, Bowman!" She called.
For a split second, Bowman turned around, with a tiny smile.
"He doesn't deserve all the bullying he gets." Justice said to Blake just as he came up behind her.
"I guess." Blake said, "come on, lets go to the movies."
