"That Boy of Mine" is unusually good. It should have made the Top Ten in its day IMO. It sounded like a Martha and the Vandellas meld with the song "He's Sure the Boy I love" by the Crystals(?). Too bad I can't find it here.

These are all very cool. Without in any way taking away from the greatness of these, my personal favorite of theirs is, "Monk, Monk, Monkey."

I still think "That Boy of Mine" was their best effort. Another rare 45.

pop pop popie has the the most infectious drum beat thanks in part to the studio drummer who I read was Bobby Gregg and also the hit making team of Madara and White. Teen dance music at it's BEST! These ladies were cool.
