  • Put som sardines around ur coon traps and tie the sticks in almost a triangle but tie them together so they can't knock them down

  • get a colony trap for the musk rats or put a foottraps in there trails

  • i would reccommend a dirt sifter, or dp coon traps.

  • In colder weather you can expect to have slow moving animals. Cold Snaps here in Manitoba suck! You have empty traps until mid day when it warms up. Not trying to make a joke out of you here like some people are, but try covering your traps over some so the animal can't see it.

    Some animals will turn there nose if they see the sun reflect off of the shine of the metal. If they are legal in cold weather conibears in cubby's or buckets work better...

  • take a five gallon bucket put the bait in the back of it bed your trap stake it firmly and come back the next day and youll have a coon
