@PlumGurly Hi. I've just watched this video. It's really very much the same as all the rest of the meditation stuff. It's about bringing awareness into your mind, and pushing the mind upwards, into gratitude , love, joy, etc. Forget about the word 'core'. Check out Lester Levinsen, release technique, and Sedona method. Buddhist, Vipassana, Zen, Mahayana, Bodhichitta, Emptiness, compassion. It's all the same, but you need concentration, and to just chip away at it every day.x

This is just more new age woo-woo shit that doesn't work. It doesn't help with my unwanted thoughts. I need something practical that deals with it directly, not all this core bullshit.  And why did it automatically load another new age garbage video?
