@mycologyataoldotcom ...AAAhhh : ) ...I thought as much ...simple pragmatic yet thoroughly researched information ...refreshing even reassuring ...thank-you ...I'm an older rookie at 'shrooming in terms of 'fungi' as a nutrient-rich healthy food source in a world of overload of information ...it is often a challenge to sort 'fact from fiction' ...so while I'm careful and rather selective I'm foraging fungi food fullfillingly : ) and having fun too : ) especially linguistically
respectful thanks

If I were interested in Mycology (which I am) how would I get into the field? Obviously I would need to attend school, but I haven't the slightest idea what courses I should take.
Whoa! ...that's fast and so fascinatingly beautiful ...I noticed you only touched it with your knife ...did you wash the knife before touching anything else? ...or is it safe with out washing
thanks for sharing

@gaiagale : Even the most deadly mushrooms can only cause poisoning if they are eaten. If the knife blade is simply wiped off afterward, that's good enough.
