If every skill had a 120 cape, this is what they would look like.

Fixed the duplicate of smithing which was overlapping slayer.

@DennisVideoGaming from my understanding of what Jagex has said; if offensive + defence are raised, a Player would easily be able to defeat any monster in the game. Jagex just doesn't want to edit everything to make it work, it's a bigger problem than it seems. Skilling Stats I do agree, many people seem to complain about it, but I don't quite understand why, it's not like your going to be forced to get a 120. It's more for people who want to keep getting levels after 99 if they really enjoy it.

we have the design, milordarkantos makes the emotes, why doesn't jagex raise the skills to 120? i don't understand lol

@shaigen1 same thing that happened to players with 200 mil dung xp... absolutely nothing! unless im missing something which i believe i'm not due to being maxed on rs + 8 years playing time

@shaigen1 They just go and buy their cape? That's like asking when 99 skillcapes came out what happened to people who already had 99? nothing, they just went and bought their cape.

they should add the 120 capes on because the 99 capes are getting easier to get now, I have a few 99s and I still get exp in them when playing RS so I want to feel like I'm still making progress.
