I totally understand what she is going through. I suffer with Sickle Cell and I've been told by doctors that I was a lier and that I was a drugseeker. I just want 2 get high off my pain meds. Thats totally not true, I can't help the fact that I was born with this Chronic Pain Disease. Getting told these things by doctors hurts because you come to them for treatment and they basically don't treat you right.

i agree ...i too am a sufferer of chronic pain and sickle cell and have been denied proper care on many occasions

Wow...having lived for years with an undiagnosed severe back sprain and having recently been diagnosed with that, I was treated for YEARS like I was lying about the pain I was in, and was told by some that I was faking my disabilities. NO one lies about that. Wow...I want to cry. (((( hugs ))))
