"Heroes and Villains Series 2007" Digital Art Metamorphosis

In 2007 I did a digital art series titled, "Heroes and Villains." I came up with the idea for the series after a few successful experiments inspired by video games. It struck me that with the animated realism of the time that it would be interesting trying things in reverse (starting with real images and making them look animated vs. the opposite...

For a handful of the pieces I did... I kept image files at different stages of completion. From these files I was able to put together a little metamorphosis video.
