  • This is very nice. The detail is amazing and it is definitely one of the best I've seen on YouTube.

  • Thank you very much. Always hard to film steady. Mum did a good job filming.

  • This is beautifully done! I love your sense of realism with the placement of trees, reminds me of myself. I would like to know what your mountain backdrop is and where did you get it? Thanks.

  • Thanks. Backdrop I painted myself after 5 lessons of 2 hours Bob Ross this summer.

  • VERY nicely done! The houses are beautiful and ones that I've never seen before. Did you make them? Carol

  • No I did not make any of them myself. There are two Lemax houses, The Todor post office and the Shakespeare Inn. All the others are department 56. Many bought on eBay.

  • Gorgeous! And yet, the village you created for 2009 was twice as good. How is that even possible? You have talent and creativity. I love the charm. I'm afraid you just inspired me to go buy more trees of different varieties. That other video really convinced me.

You have a wonderful knack of handling the small shrubs and mossy things growing among the buildings. Well done!

Thank you for posting and I look forward to the 2010 display.

  • That is a really peaceful, wonderful setup... But you need more mountains....check out this new ...WORLD PREMIER VIDEO ; diorama by jonathan : see what you think... ENJOY THE HELICOPTER RIDE..............

  • Nicely planned and thought out. Each area reflects so much care and love of detail.I take my hat off to you.

  • Hi Moon,

Your Sydney pal here - a masterpiece, as usual. I love your backdrop and the way you have blended it all together. All necomers can take lessons from a master at work !

    Bravo !

Check out my videos here also.

  • Inspiring for my own Xmas Forest. Thanks, Robert

  • I see. You've displayed them beautifully. "stoltenbergchristmas" is my village. I have just recently gotten into this "hobby". It's quite magical and I love it. I learned a lot this year looking at the other villages. I will be doing some serious thinking about changes, additions, etc. You've inspired me also. Carol
