This is the first in a series of How To videos from http://www.fairfaxcoffee.com

In this episode we demonstrate how to make the perfect Flat White. We used the La Pavoni Puccino and the Pavoni Grinder. We used Vintage Beans to create a rich Ristretto and full fat milk for the foam.

All of this equipment is available online at http://www.fairfaxcoffee.com. If you need any advice, tips or just fancy a chat please drop by our forums.

  • Curious you pulled the shot at about 12 bars... Why not 9-10 range?

  • Hi Krummelhart - The bar pressure is dependent on the amount of coffee and tamping used. As a benchmark, you are looking for anything over 9 bars - FairfaxCoffee
