  • A 12 kg or 16 kg kettlebell is a good place to start. The 12 might be a bit light for swings but it might be a better place to start for the upper body stuff.

  • Hey guys, what size kettle bells do you usually use...fairly in-shape rider but have previous shoulder injuries and haven't used kettle bells before.
