I don't recommend doing this. It will increase the chance of getting a dent on the for tube and it looks ugly. It would also increase the chance of getting dirt under the seals.

The seat is a Factory Effex EVO3 seat cover but they are not made anymore. Gutsracing have some very nice seat cover for the crf150f and they even sell tall seat foam.
