Let's Play: Mass Effect 2 (017) "Probing Purgatory"

Seventeenth (017) episode in my Let's Play: Mass Effect 2 video series. This video covers my crew and I landing on Daratar to locate the stored goods left here that Aria told me about. After fighting through some mechs and losing some of the containers I decide it might be a good idea to collect some raw materials to upgrade some portions of my ship. After doing that, we slowly start making our way towards the prison ship Purgatory in search of Jack, who will hopefully become the newest member of our crew.

You can have way more than 25K of each, it just has a full bar for some reason. You should stockpile all you can now as you'll need it later. Element zero is also rare and has relatively few uses.

@awesomemattg if you want to avoid a whole lot of editing, i think that would be the best bet.. i was thinking of doing some sort of montage, showing which planet your on and then the last probe before you move onto the next planet incase people were curious how much you got from each planet but then thinking about how many planets there are.. would lead to an editing nightmare

You should go through the codex, there's lots of important help for stuff like scanning. Maybe you could do another Codex episode like with ME 1; the codex from your video got me interested so much in ME lore that I bought Mass Effect and now it's one of my favourite games!

The green bar isn't the "cut off point" you get go above it. Of course the bar won't go above that line but the numbers will go up still meaning you can get as much as you like.

I'm more concerned by the fact that he has a rich planet in his hands and yet he will scan only a small portion of it.

He can even see two big deposits of Idirium and he says "nah I dont want to be full" when its impossible...
