We played two games. I took footage of the first one (which was a pitiable rout) but decided it wasn't worth editing. The second game was incredible fun and that's the one we should have recorded. I hope to do more Batreps and do them more consistently. I have recently rearranged the studio to make this possible.

I play skaven. Got the content from the Island of blood box and Im wondering what I should add to my army going for around 2k =) I dont wanna spend money on things I won't be using and get a solid army from start. Any helpfull answer is appritiated. thx

is this a good starter army? keep in mind im gonna be playing against bretonnians and empire mostly, so im want something decent against them ;D

Hero:Plague priest with a plague censer

Core:30 clanrats with music and spears, 2x20 clanrats with ratling gun, 3x20 skavenslaves

Special:30xplague monks with music and standard bearer, 20 plague censer bearers, 10 warplock jezzails

You are also forgetting Plague Claw Catapults... I actually like them better than the Doom Wheels (I know hard to believe). Plague Priests and Plague Censer Bearers are absolutely mighty. Don't worry about Skrolk unless you need a Lv4 mage. Take Slave units as core... 40 points each.

Pestilens army is hard to stop... especially against cavalry as most of the attacks have no saves. They are also Frenzied, stuborn, unbreakable, hatred... You need units of slaves too to draw units unit range for you to charge.

The giant we used in that game is from a company named Ultraforge they put out some amazing models.
