  • Where do you buy your OPI nail envy? I can't find it anywhere!

  • @SunnySideUp121 I buy mine at one of my local hair salons : )

  • why trim...u dont like them long? please reply

  • @BFFFL16 I trim my nails exactly for that reason...I don't really like my nails long. I feel like when mine get long, all i do is break them or chip them. Then that causes me to cut them all, lol!!! I usually keep them kind of short : )

  • I was thinking about trying this out, and I've been to Sallys to look for the cuticle oil, and I came across Cuticle Softener. I don't know if its 'liquidy' or like lotion, but have you tried it out? How did it come out? ... And could this be in place of the cuticle oil and lotion steps. ?

    Thanks.

  • @SpunSugarx3 Cuticle Softener is basically the same thing as cuticle oil. Both help soften your cuticles and make them healthy. A cuticle softener could be used as a lotion also for your nails and cuticles. Its really your choice. But basically they do the same thing : ) Hope this helps!

  • When my nails actually are pretty long (as long as I can have, maybe the white is about two-three mm) I never cut them, I just file. I tend to cut too much, xD

  • Please reply! can i use hand and cuticle cream for the cuticles instead of cuticle oil? will it help?

  • warning: file in one direction only, not back and fourth, as this can weaken the nails and make them split.

  • Lucky you have piano fingers

  • Check out my nail care vid

  • whats the cuticle oil for

  • @BFFFL16 if you don't trim your nails, they could break all the way down until you dont have a tip (the white part of your nail) and it really hurts! its happend to me so thats why I trim my nails once a week

  • @blackhappiness2 Don't cut your cuticles off at all. That leads to infections and is very bad for your nails.

  • Fun Fact! cuticles are caused by a lack of calcium

  • Contrary to popular belief in previous comments and in general, I wear fake nails and acrylic nails a lot, and my nails are perfectly healthy and strong. Yes, after you wear them you need to give your nails a break for at least a month (for me at least) but they do not harm your nails permanantly. Just wanted to post that for anybody wondering :)
