This is a great ab workout to do when you're with friends. Everyone can get their work in at once -- and it's very motivating, because you'll have to keep up with the other guys or girls working out with you.

Here's the breakdown:

-- 30 SECONDS PER STATION
-- NO REST BETWEEN STATIONS (AND MINIMIZE TRANSITION TIME)

STATION 1: DECLINE SIT-UPS -- Use a decline bench, or put plates under one end of a regular bench to create a decline. Put your hands on your head, and sit up by crunching your abs. Do not pull on your neck with your hands, and be sure to control your movement at all times especially if you are a beginner.

STATION 2: LEG RAISE -- Use a dip station, or hold yourself on two elevated objects (such as two tables or counter tops) if you don't have one. Keep your legs almost straight, and kick them up in the air above your waist. Initiate the movement from your abs -- it should feel like your body is folding together like a jack-knife.

STATION 3: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS -- Start in a push-up position. Step one foot up underneath your waist, and then the other. Repeat this for 30 seconds. To make it more challenging, place your hands lower along your body and support more of your weight with your hands.

And if you'd like to get a ripped body and six pack abs, my recommendation is start using Afterburn Training. It's very effective for getting a ripped body and abs because it allows you to build muscle and burn large amounts of calories in the 48 hours after you workout.

  • Did this workout at home, didnt have the equipment so i just did regular on the floor leg ups, and regular crunches, then mountain climbers.

    Gotta say that i still felt it working, felt the burn on the first set!

  • @hijrah for the leg raises u can just lay on the ground an lift ur legs up and down thats what i do
